We are an export house, not a factory. Plenty of suppliers blur that line and hope you will not ask. We would rather say it in the first paragraph.
We buy from the sorting clusters of Murshidabad and Purba Medinipur, where hair is graded by length, untangled, cleaned and worked by hand in cottage units. Buying direct from the sorters instead of through layers of traders is what keeps our pricing workable at volume — and it is why we can tell you which lot your hair came from.
Single drawn as sorted, or converted to double drawn to your thickness requirement. We do the conversion ourselves, so the draw level gets set to your standard rather than ours. Wefting, closures and frontals are made to order.
Documentation, customs clearance and freight out of Kolkata. Registered on Icegate with a live IEC, so the paperwork side is not something you will have to teach us.
Most buyers know Indian hair. Far fewer know where it is actually made — in the villages of Murshidabad and Purba Medinipur, largely in cottage units run by women, by hand, one lot at a time.

Indian hair is preferred in Europe, Africa and America because the strand is fine. That thin texture is what makes it work in wigs and extensions, and it is the reason Indian hair holds an edge over Chinese hair in these markets.
The industry also has a live problem. Raw unprocessed hair is leaving India in bulk for Bangladesh and Myanmar, where it is processed and re-exported against us. Indian sorting units are short of raw material and prices have climbed hard. PLEXCONCIL has asked the government to restrict raw exports under HS 0501.
We sit on the processing side of that line. When we quote you a price that has moved, this is usually why, and we will show you the arithmetic rather than hide behind “market rate”.
A golden sample is agreed at the start. Every later batch is checked against that physical bundle, not against a paragraph in an email. This is the exact point where most first-time Indian sourcing falls apart, and it is avoidable.
Remy is sold as Remy. Non-Remy is sold as non-Remy. Cuticle direction, draw type and wefting go on the packing list, so there is nothing to discover after the carton is open.
10 to 32 inch, including consistent supply in the 24 inch and above band where Indian sorted hair gets thin. We accumulate those lengths across lots rather than promising them on demand.
We will video call you from the sorting unit and show you the actual lot before it is packed. Buyers who want to come in person are welcome at the cluster.

Our office is a short drive from the sorting units that produce most of India’s processed hair. That closeness is the only real advantage we have, and this company is built on it.
What I wanted to build was something narrower than a trading house: buy from the sorters directly, label the grade honestly, and let the buyer hold the hair in their hand before any money moves.
